Cheah Han Chen

Cheah Han Chen founded Helios-X to build enterprise intelligence for critical industries. An Electrical Engineer by training with an MBA from the University of Oxford, he began his career developing optimisation models for oil supply chains, refinery economics and fuel station networks. He later worked on strategic mergers and acquisitions across the upstream and downstream oil sectors before leading oil trading and downstream operations. In 2014, he founded Helios, building an integrated downstream oil business and subsequently leading the development of enterprise technology platforms spanning energy, logistics and heritage intelligence.

Han Liang

Han Liang co-founded Helios and has played a key role in building its operational capabilities. With more than a decade of experience managing downstream fuel supply, marine logistics and land transportation, he brings extensive operational expertise across the downstream oil value chain. Prior to joining Helios, he was a tax consultant with PwC, providing a strong foundation in commercial governance and business operations.

Kelvin Lai

Kelvin Lai is a biomedical researcher by training with more than 18 years of experience across vessel operations, marine logistics and downstream fuel operations in Japan and Singapore. Working closely with shipping operators and industrial customers, he has developed deep operational expertise in managing complex marine logistics and fuel supply chains. His multidisciplinary background combines scientific thinking with practical industry experience, helping bridge enterprise technology with the real-world challenges of industrial operations.

Fairuz Reezal

Fairuz Reezal has spent more than 25 years building and expanding downstream oil businesses. His experience spans fuel retail networks, commercial fuels, station development and strategic industry partnerships. Working across major oil companies, regulators and government agencies, he has developed a practical understanding of the commercial, operational and regulatory drivers of the downstream sector. His industry perspective helps ensure Helios-X is built around the realities of industrial operations and enterprise decision-making.
